The tentative agenda (which is subject to change) includes a half-day ediscovery demonstration session, with emphasis on issues relevant to state antitrust practice; a session by US Department of Justice litigators on bringing an antitrust case to trial, and a presentation by the FTC on the federal agencies’ new Horizontal Merger Guidelines. There will also be a session on antitrust issues in the oil and gas industries and a panel on Accountable Care Organizations and their role in the health care system. An hour of ethics credit will be included. The Multistate Task Force meeting (for state enforcers only) will take place on Wednesday and will end at 1:00 p.m. There will be time at the end of each day for litigation meetings if necessary.
