Assistant Attorney General

The Office of the Vermont Attorney General, Public Protection Division, Consumer and Antitrust Units, has an immediate opening for a full-time Assistant Attorney General in Montpelier. This unit investigates and litigates both Vermont and national cases under state and federal consumer protection and antitrust laws. The position requires the applicant to be a creative thinker, have the ability to handle litigation independently, and have excellent research, writing and advocacy skills. Applicant must have ability to communicate and solid managerial skills. Salary commensurate with experience.
