Attorney General, 17 Other States and D.C. File Antitrust Action Against Cholesterol Drug Makers

Attorney General Richard Blumenthal today, joined by 17 other states and the District of Columbia, filed an antitrust lawsuit against three drug companies for illegally blocking cheaper, generic versions of TriCor, a cholesterol drug, from reaching the market. Read the full article.
