Attorney General Carl Danberg Announces A New Statewide Drug Nuisance Abatement Initiative

In a press conference earlier today, Attorney General Carl Danberg announced a new significant statewide Drug Nuisance Abatement Initiative and illegal drug and prostitution activity. Recently, for the first time, the State of Delaware issued a notice letter to a business that seeks immediate abatement of the drug and prostitution nuisance promoted on the business' property.
