Attorney General Seeks Customer Refunds from Indianapolis Well

INDIANAPOLIS, IN ? Indiana Attorney General Steve Carter filed a lawsuit today in Marion Superior Court seeking refunds from Anthony and Miliadee Hughes, a.k.a. Lonnie and Dee Hughes, for at least nine consumers. The lawsuit alleges the defendants failed to provide required home improvement contracts and failed to complete home improvement jobs.
