Dairy Processor Divestiture Obtained in Settlement with Dairy Farmers of America

Attorney General Greg Stumbo today announced that, in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Justice, a settlement has been reached that resolves antitrust concerns with the Dairy Farmers of America Inc. (DFA) acquisition of Southern Belle Dairy Co. LLC. The settlement requires DFA to divest its interest in Southern Belle.
