Medicaid Provider Arrested for Illegally Billing Elderly, Disabled Services

TALLAHASSEE - Attorney General Charlie Crist today announced that a Tallahassee Medicaid provider was arrested on charges of grand theft. Titilayo I. Dokun, the owner and chief executive officer of Capital City Area Care, was charged with illegally billing Medicaid for services that either were not provided or were fraudulently billed to a waiver program the elderly and disabled patients did not qualify for. Dokun is believed to have defrauded the Florida Medicaid program out of more than $100,000. Full Press Release
