This training will be valuable to attorneys with 5 or fewer years of experience in AG offices. Generally, each state will receive one slot/scholarship for the training. However, more students from each state may apply in the event that additional scholarships become available. Each applicant must be committed to devoting the time prior to the training to writing a brief and be able to attend the entire training.

Motion Practices and Legal Writing

Fee Requirements

Scholarships are available for the course; they will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional registrants are welcome, but funding will not be available.
