NAAG Employee Spotlight

Francesca Liquori joins NAAG from the Manhattan (NY) District Attorney’s Office where she prosecuted a broad range of serious felonies. Prior to that, she served as an assistant district attorney with New York City Special Narcotics Prosecutor. Francesca is a graduate of Cornell and St. John’s University Law School.

Jeanette Manning comes to NAAG from the District of Columbia Office of the Attorney General. As an assistant attorney general she served as a trial attorney, and most recently as chief of the DC AG Neighborhood Crime Prevention and Victim Services Section. Jeanette is a graduate of Western Connecticut State University and American University Law School.

Mark Neil joins NAAG from the National District Attorneys Association where he served as an instructor in trial advocacy and ethics, and also as a training program manager. Previous to that he served for many years as an assistant district attorney in West Virginia, prosecuting numerous cases at all levels, and also as a police officer. Mark is a graduate of Vanderbilt and West Virginia University Law School.
