WHO:

The National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG) will host its annual Spring Meeting in Washington, DC. The theme of this year’s conference is State--Federal Partnerships: Shaping the Future.

WHAT:

Forty-three state and territorial Attorneys General to host such speakers as FDIC Chairman Sheila Bair, Gil Kerlikowske, director, Office of National Drug Control Policy, and Linda Baldwin, director, Office of Sex Offender Sentencing, Monitoring, Apprehending, Registering & Tracking (SMART). Topics of discussion include an overview of this year’s Supreme Court cases, state management of sex offenders, community bank financial regulation, prescription drug abuse and disposal programs, and misclassification of employees.
