NAGTRI Advisory Board
The purpose of the Advisory Board is to provide advice, counsel, and expertise in the development of NAGTRI operations, to include curriculum and support to assistant attorneys general and other staff in NAAG’s 56 jurisdictions. The Advisory Board is charged with providing candid assessments of what NAGTRI can do better. Most importantly, NAGTRI staff relies on the Board to ensure that they are being responsive to the needs of AG staffs.
Board members, which include one designee per state from over 30 states currently, are asked to attend one annual planning and development meeting, participate in periodic conference calls, and provide advice and counsel as needed throughout the year. Goals of the annual meetings meeting include selecting future courses, preliminary development of new courses, furthering the faculty development process, and outlining priorities for on-line support.
