This one-day course is entitled “Drug Overdose Death Investigation and Prosecution” and examines the myriad issues that surround the investigation and prosecution of death cases resulting from overdoses of heroin and fentanyl. The course is intended for assistant attorneys general, state and local law enforcement officers and local prosecutors. It is designed to be offered for a statewide audience at a central location. The course can be branded in a way that allows the state attorney general to act as the host of the training. The course can accommodate as many attendees as the chosen location will allow.

This is a mobile training. NAGTRI provides a number of different training platforms for the benefit of Attorney General offices. In addition to providing national trainings and webinars, NAGTRI also provides mobile trainings such as this one. During a mobile training, NAGTRI brings in a national faculty to provide staff training. Topics of this training are determined by the Attorney General Office hosting the training.

Please contact your local office for more information.
