Civil Litigation for Survivors of Employee-on-Student Sexual Violence

This webinar, presented by Monica Beck, Esq., (School Violence Law) explores civil litigation involving school employee-on-student sexual violence and related Title IX and Constitutional law claims. These issues were examined through a high profile case against a school district involving a substitute teacher and volunteer who sexually abused and assaulted multiple students at a Michigan high school. The assailant was a former professional baseball player. This training is appropriate for members of the attorney general community who represent their state educational institutions as well as state prosecutors and investigators.

This webinar took place on Feb. 12, 2016 at 2 p.m. EST.
