National Cybercrime ConferenceThis three-day course will provide attendees with an understanding of issues arising in cases involving digital evidence. It is designed for prosecutors who are or will be working on these cases and will include such topics as search and seizure of digital evidence, search warrants for digital evidence and charging decisions and pre-trial considerations in cyber-based cases.
NAGTRI is pleased to announce that, based on the national importance of the above conference, it will again provide a limited number of scholarships for out-of-state Assistant Attorneys General to attend. Through funding provided by the NAAG Mission Foundation, scholarships will be provided to attend the entire three-day conference.
Scholarship assistance will be available to each accepted student as long as they attend the entire three-day training. Each scholarship will cover round-trip coach airfare from their home city to either Boston or Providence up to an amount of $450. The scholarship will also cover each participantís registration fee, hotel stay for three nights, meals not provided at the per diem rate and transportation from the airport to the hotel. NAGTRI does not reimburse for transportation to the airport from a participantís home of office, parking at a participantís home airport or baggage fees.
