Petro Sues USA Baby Stores For Failure To Deliver

COLUMBUS ? Attorney General Jim Petro announced today he filed suit against a previous owners of three USA Baby stores, Jim Lankey and his companies, and the new owners, Midwest Baby Group and its members, charging that the stores failed to deliver purchased merchandise, failed to provide refunds for undelivered items, and provided substandard customer service, violating the Consumer Sales Practices Act.
