Duties As Cyberspace Law Counsel, Hedda develops and implements approximately four conferences per year for state prosecutors on computer crime issues. The focus of the conferences range from a basic cyber crime course for prosecutors who have little or no experience with digital evidence to targeted courses on such subjects as online child pornography and exploitation. Hedda also writes the Cyber Crime E-Newsletter which includes recent computer crimes case law, legislation and Attorney General initiatives and which is distributed bi-monthly to Attorneys General. In addition, this year Hedda is also working on a manual on effective and alternative ways to organize an Attorney General's office to combat cyber crimes, as well as a law journal edition about Internet victimization. In addition to her Cyber Crime Project responsibilities, Hedda is also co-counsel on the Crime Victims Project, working on both a conference and a network for crime victim service professionals from Attorneys General offices.
