State Sues Wells Fargo and Acordia for Fraud

Attorney General Eliot Spitzer today sued insurance brokerage firm Acordia, Inc. and it's parent company, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., for steering their customers to insurance companies that paid for the business with undisclosed kickbacks. Full Article
