The National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG) has endorsed the bipartisan State Antitrust Enforcement Venue Act of 2021, which would grant states the same benefit as the federal governments in antitrust cases by allowing state attorneys general to keep cases in courts they select instead of having to relocate to the defendant’s location.

There are identical Senate and House versions of this important legislation.
