This course offers a general overview of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and how it has collaborated with members of the attorney general community on enforcement matters in the past, as well as how future collaboration can be improved.

This course is a part of the NAGTRI Center for Consumer Protection Partner Series, and is hosted in Collaboration with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
