This course focuses on two leadership skills and behaviors that impact your effectiveness as a managerial leader: Communication and Emotional Competency. The presenter covers four basic techniques for communicating with purpose and four ingredients of emotional intelligence, which is generally accepted as a strong predictor of effective leadership, as well as success in life.
