Overview

This course provides an overview of items attorney general offices should consider when developing, updating, and enacting a Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Topics include how attorney general offices have maintained operations through the COVID-19 pandemic, best practices for attorney general offices developing a COOP, and the importance of identifying mission-critical functions, officewide communication capabilities, and alternative plans for unexpected situations. This course is intended to give an overview of what attorney general offices should prioritize in a COOP to continue their essential functions.
