Overview
Work performance problems arise when employees do not produce the quality, quantity, or timeliness of work as expected given their work qualifications and years of experience. Office conduct problems occur when employees digress from established policies, rules, or established norms. This course provides a framework for understanding, diagnosing, and analyzing common work performance and conduct issues.

- Be able to distinguish between performance and conduct issues.
- Follow a systematic performance management approach to diagnose performance issues to informally get people back on track and moving forward.
- Understand the underlying causes of common performance problems in order to address them properly.
