This course on emotional intelligence is the fourth installment in the Summer Wellness Series hosted by the NAGTRI Center for Leadership Development. For many of us, when we think of a leader in the workplace we think of someone who remains calm under pressure and makes careful and informed decisions. These qualities are often signs of a developed emotional intelligence. Be it within your workplace or at home, having a developed emotional intelligence will help you handle daily challenges with ease. This course covers techniques to strengthen your emotional intelligence, and how to become better leaders within your workplace.
