This course on generational diversity is the second installment in the NAGTRI Summer Wellness Series, hosted by the NAGTRI Center for Leadership Development. Many things define you in the workplace, including your generation. Are you a member of the Silent Generation, a Baby Boomer, Generation X, a Millennial, or Generation Z? Whichever you are, your colleagues come from across the generation spectrum. Generational diversity offers different life experiences, values, skills, and expectations. This course covers defining characteristics of each generation, how best to work collaboratively and collectively, and how to avoid misunderstandings and conflicts with co-workers from different generations.
