Overview
This course examines the legal issues surrounding governmental authority during coronavirus pandemic, at both the state and federal level, to order quarantines, social distancing, and sheltering in place. It covers an overview of the common legal challenges to such orders as well as the legal analysis courts use when considering these challenges.
