This course on management roles and accountabilities is Part 1 in the Fundamental Principles of Managerial Leadership Series.

This course offers managers, supervisors, and team leaders the opportunity to learn principles, practices and behaviors to enhance their effectiveness. This course focuses on goal setting; understanding and fulfilling roles and accountabilities in the office; specific challenges in transitioning to management positions in offices of attorneys general; and the importance of recognizing and using alternative leadership styles.
