This course on time management is the first of a four-part Summer Wellness Series through NAGTRI’s Center for Leadership Development. Designed to help you achieve balance and increase your wellness quotient, this series focuses on four core areas: time management, generational diversity, resilience and mindfulness, and emotional intelligence. This first course addresses procrastination and time management, as well as tips to avoid becoming overwhelmed at work.
