DESCRIPTION:October 26-28\, 2021\nPhiladelphia\, PA \nThis annual seminar provides training on issues of interest to state antitrust enforcers that are typically not addressed in more general antitrust programs. Topics to be addressed at this year’s seminar include: \n\nValuation of antitrust claims\nDiscovery under FRCP 26\nBest practices for remote depositions\nAntitrust issues in labor markets\nEffect of the Supreme Court’s decision on disgorgement in AMG Capital\nIntersection of big tech and healthcare\nState action immunity\nFederal government antitrust priorities\n\nThere will be time allotted at the end of each day for litigation meetings.  This course is intended for attorney general office attorneys who represent the state and its citizens in antitrust matters. \nScholarship Nominations\nOne scholarship is available for each attorney general office for this conference. After the nominations have closed\, each office will be alerted of which nominated attendee from their office has been accepted for a scholarship.
