SUMMARY:2026 NAAG/State Center Midwest Regional Meeting
DESCRIPTION:NAAG and Center for State Enforcement of Antitrust and Consumer Protection Laws (“State Center”) are co-sponsoring a Midwest Consumer Protection Conference for attorneys\, investigators\, and consumer protection staff. The meeting provides opportunities for staff to collaborate on matters of common concern\, discuss current regional trends\, grow their regional professional network\, and earn CLE. \nThis event is open to attorney general staff in Illinois\, Indiana\, Iowa\, Kansas\, Michigan\, Minnesota\, Missouri\, Nebraska\, North Dakota\, South Dakota\, and Wisconsin. A limited number of scholarships will be available. \n\n\nThis meeting is open to attorney general office staff in the midwestern states only. \n\nScholarship Nominations – Open January 12\nNominations are due January 23\, 2026.\nNAAG is providing five (5) scholarships to staff of midwestern attorney general offices for this program. We encourage offices to consider submitting additional scholarship nominations. Offices are not guaranteed a slot\, though every effort is made to accept as many nominees as possible. \nContact Your Nominator\nIf you are interested in attending this conference\, contact the NAAG Nominator for your office and express your interest. \n\nNAAG and The State Center began co-sponsoring regional consumer protection meetings more than a decade ago and have continued that partnership for the current meeting. The State Center is a non-profit foundation whose mission is to support state enforcement of consumer protection and antitrust laws by providing educational\, investigative\, and litigation resources for this important work.
