SUMMARY:2026 Leadership and Management
DESCRIPTION:This course allows managers in attorneys general offices to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to lead and perform management functions. Topics include fundamentals of leadership; communications\, including coaching and feedback; employee engagement; performance management in an attorney general office work cycle; and recruitment\, hiring\, and onboarding. \nThe lectures and case studies are tailored to apply these practices to real\, everyday issues in an attorney general office. It is beneficial for both new and experienced attorney general office managers in all roles (legal\, investigative\, and professional). \n\n\nThis meeting is open to attorney general office staff only. \n\nScholarship Nominations – Opens March 23\nNominations are due April 5\, 2026\nNAAG will provide a limited number of scholarships to selected participants.
