SUMMARY:Anatomy of a Complex Consumer Case
DESCRIPTION:This intensive three-and-a-half-day program equips state attorney general consumer protection attorneys with the practical skills and knowledge needed to address common enforcement challenges. Led by experienced government attorneys\, the program focuses on the real-world issues involved in multistate consumer protection investigations\, enforcement actions\, and settlements. \nThe course is not a trial advocacy program\, but rather a skills-based training designed for attorneys who have completed Consumer Protection 101 and have a year or more consumer protection experience. Enrollment is limited to scholarship nominees. \n\n\n\n\nThis training is a closed session for attorney general office staff only.\n\nScholarship Nominations – Opens June 22\nNominations are due July 3\, 2026\nNAAG will provide a limited number of scholarships to selected participants.
