Some perks of working in this division include flexible work from home schedules; collegiality among the best appellate attorneys in the state; the opportunity to work on interesting, novel, or exciting cases; excellent work-life balance and benefits; and no hourly billing.
Successful applicants will have a dedication to public service and demonstrated superlative research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Previous appellate practice, judicial clerkship, and/or law review experience desired.
