If hired, you will work on high value and high-profile cases that cover a wide range of consumer protection areas, including consumer finance, health care, education, retail sales and telecommunications. When warranted, you will seek consumer restitution, penalties and injunctive relief through a negotiated settlement or, if necessary, litigation in state or federal court. You may also lead complex multistate investigations with other state attorneys general and federal consumer protection agencies to address trending issues occurring on a regional or national scale.
