- This is a Casual/Seasonal position, currently approved to work up to 37.5 hours per week, and is non-pension eligible without healthcare and/or other benefits.
Responsibilities
The Unit investigates and prosecutes (administratively, civilly, and criminally) violations of the Act and administers provisions of the Act relating to the registration and licensing of securities and investment professionals. This is a challenging position that provides an opportunity to pursue large and complex investigations and cases against some of the best attorneys in the country.
Qualifications
This Deputy Attorney General should be able to work independently and meet deadlines. Solid academic achievement, relevant work experience, and a familiarity with securities transactions and financial services is preferred. We seek an individual with a strong commitment to working in the public interest.
