June 2-5, 2014
Mackinac Island, Michigan
You and your family will love the Mackinac Island experience, a place with no automobiles but plenty of fun adventures on beautiful land, in scenic water or by plane. Join NAAG for its Summer Meeting, June 2-5, at the historic Grand Hotel and coastal resort at Mackinac Island.
The Attorney General Agenda Planning Committee is organizing another exceptional meeting. Our sessions will cover the latest on U.S. Supreme Court cases, the transportation of oil and gas through states, improving responses to child sexual abuse, open meeting and record laws, invasive species, fracking, and an ethics discussion on civil and criminal investigations. The final agenda is below.
Make plans for a horse-drawn carriage tour and hike, bike or trail ride through Mackinac State Historic Park to see natural wonders. The lake means sailing, parasailing and lighthouse tours and climbing into a biplane offers spectacular views of the island. The Grand Hotel is considered one of the top-10 kid friendliest resorts. Wednesday nights NAAG reception and dinner will be at Fort Mackinac, the great fortress on the bluff.
We look forward to seeing you and your family in June!
