The National Association of Attorneys General’s annual State Solicitors General and Appellate Chiefs Conference is scheduled for July 11-12, 2019, at the JW Marriott Washington D.C.. The conference will provide a forum in which State Solicitors General and appellate chiefs can exchange ideas and obtain information that will help improve each state’s appellate practice. Among the confirmed speakers are appellate practitioners Neal Katyal, Beth Brinkmann, and Jeffrey Wall; Professors William Eskridge, Richard Garnett, Kurt Lash, Tim Terrell, and Christopher Walker; and author Joan Biskupic. The conference will commence on July 11 at 8:00 a.m. and conclude on July 12 at approximately 4:45 p.m.
