Hedda Litwin

Hedda Litwin is cyberspace law chief counsel for the National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG), as well as a program counsel for NAAG’s Training and Research Institute (NAGTRI). She is responsible for developing cybercrime, electronic discovery and crime victims services training programs and supporting the attorneys’ general cyberspace initiatives.  She writes the bi-monthly NAGTRI Cybercrime E-Newsletter and the monthly Privacy Law Newsletter and E-Discovery Bulletin.  She authored the NAGTRI manual, “Preparing for the Unexpected” on disaster preparation and recovery for state and territorial AG offices. She staffs the NAAG Internet Safety/Cyber Privacy & Security Committee and the Gaming Committee.  She is a frequent speaker at bar associations on cyber issues and has served on several cyber-based task forces. Most recently, she spoke on digital evidence issues at the International Association of Prosecutors Conference in Beijing. She is a member of the District of Columbia, Maryland and Florida State Bars and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Supreme Court.
