Nicholas Sydow is the civil appellate chief at the Office of the New Mexico Attorney General. In this role, he supervises the office’s civil appeals, including briefing and arguing significant cases for the State and managing the office’s civil amicus advocacy. Mr. Sydow has argued numerous cases in the Tenth Circuit and the New Mexico Supreme Court. Previously, he managed the attorney general’s antitrust litigation. Mr. Sydow also has practiced in large firms in Albuquerque and Los Angeles. He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his A.M. and A.B. from Stanford University.
