Carl P. Warring
Carl Warring has worked in the Torts Section of the Washington State Attorney General’s Office since 2002. He joined the AGO as an attorney in 1999. His practice includes litigation and appellate matters before administrative, state and federal courts. He also serves as a presenter at AGO and outside legal education seminars, as well as a NAGTRI faculty member for litigation trainings. Prior to his admission to the bar in 1997, Carl attended Gonzaga University School of Law. Carl graduated Gonzaga with leadership and academic honors. He was a member of the Gonzaga National Moot Court team that placed among the top 16 teams in the nation in 1997. Before law school, Carl served on active duty in the United States Air Force from 1990-1994 and earned his undergraduate degree from Chapman University during the same years.
