Nov. 5-6 and Nov. 12-13, 2020
The NAGTRI National Bankruptcy Seminar will be held virtually on the afternoons of Nov. 5-6 and Nov. 12-13, 2020.
Some of the material will be presented in plenary sessions; other segments will be broken up between introductory sessions for those with little bankruptcy experience and more advanced sessions for those who know the basics and want to explore the more complicated forms in which the issues can arise. During other segments, participants will be split into groups between those doing regulatory work and those doing tax issues.
The program is open to all attorney general staff as well as to staff in other state offices, those working for federal or state entities, and to private counsel who are involved in governmental issues. Paid registration is $100 per person for attorney general staff and $140 for non-members outside of the attorney general staff. If you are attorney general staff, you should see the $100 member rate. If you see any other rate, please ensure you have completed the Attorney General Office Staff - Organization section of your profile and wait for approval from your office before registering.
Please note that payment is due at the time of registration, and that NAGTRI is only able to accept credit card payments through the portal.
We are unable to accommodate any special pricing or rates other than the rates provided. Refunds, if necessary, will take 30 days or more following the last date of the program. Please contact NAAG Support (firstname.lastname@example.org
) and Molly Flanagan (email@example.com
) if you have any questions or concerns.
Follow these steps to complete your registration.
