The National Attorneys General Training & Research Institute
NAGTRI periodically offers webinars as a no-travel, low cost way to reach a broad audience across the AG community. Webinars will be broadcast at a specific date and time. Attendance will be demonstrated by a participant answering questions on the screen. Rebroadcasts of the webinars may also be found on our website under the Webinar Library; however, CLE credits cannot be obtained for those listening to re-broadcasts.
If you are a staff member of an attorney general’s office and you require CLE credit to maintain your bar status for the current reporting cycle, NAGTRI will apply to one jurisdiction for CLE credit on your behalf at no charge to you, if we are eligible to apply for CLE credit in that jurisdiction. More information about NAGTRI’s CLE process is available here. A Uniform Certificate of Attendance will be provided to attendees that participate in the entire webinar, answer the polling questions and complete the post-webinar survey. CLE credit is not available to attendees who are not attorney general staff members, though a Uniform Certificate of Attendance will be provided upon request.
By adding your bar information you certify that you are entitled to complimentary CLE credit because a) you are a staff member of an attorney general’s office and b) CLE credit for this course is necessary for you to maintain your bar status for the current reporting cycle.
Each jurisdiction maintains discretion to approve or deny requests for credit; thus, NAGTRI cannot guarantee that credit will be granted for this program. Please allow 4-6 weeks after the training concludes to inquire about CLE credits.
