Devin Laiho is a senior assistant attorney general in the consumer protection section of the Colorado Attorney General’s Office. In that position he has investigated and litigated bid rigging, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, monopolization, price fixing, and market allocation in numerous industries.
He is also registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and assists state agencies with a wide variety of patent, trademark, copyright, technology, and electronic discovery issues.
Mr. Laiho graduated from the University of Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology, and received his law degree from Florida State University. His experience with technology also includes computer programming and mobile app development.
