DESCRIPTION:Generational communication differences aren’t about being rude\, lazy\, unprofessional\, or out of touch. They reflect what each group learned to trust as the best way to be understood. We can’t assume that our way of communicating is the obvious or only correct one. Treating generational preferences as differences to be understood\, rather than problems to be corrected\, leads to clearer communication\, stronger working relationships\, and less conflict.
