This practical webinar will explore strategies for effectively managing charitable complaints and enforcement matters when resources are limited and demands are high. Drawing on real world experience, attendees will learn how to establish enforcement priorities, develop complaint-screening and tracking systems, leverage partnerships and underutilized resources, and make informed decisions about when to investigate, resolve, refer, or decline complaints. The presentation will also cover practical tools for advancing investigations efficiently, pursuing appropriate remedies, obtaining preliminary relief, and using outreach and publicity to maximize deterrence and compliance. Designed for attorneys, investigators, and regulators, this session offers actionable guidance for building an effective charitable oversight and enforcement program.
