An email, update, or recommendation can be accurate and still land differently than intended. In this interactive session, participants will practice using AI to anticipate how different recipients may interpret a message, identify where confusion or resistance may arise, and revise it before sending. Using examples relevant to the work of our Attorney General community, participants will learn a repeatable pressure-test for making complex messages clearer without giving up accuracy, judgment, or their own voice.

Moderator

  • Antoria Howard, Program Counsel, NAAG

Speaker

  • Daniel Steinberg, The Maggid Method

Registration Deadline: January 27, 2027, 11:00 a.m. ET
