The Federalism/Preemption Committee’s mission is to assist the attorney general community on the issues of federalism and preemption. The committee strives to accomplish this by:  

  • Sponsoring educational programs. 
  • Fostering interstate cooperation.  
  • Analyzing current federalism and preemption issues.
