The Tobacco Committee guides and directs the work of the Center for Tobacco and Public Health, including:  

  • Leading the state attorneys general in enforcing, defending, administering, and advancing the Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement (MSA) and related statutes. 
  • Overseeing all other tobacco-related initiatives and efforts.
