In this lecture-based skills program, one of America’s foremost legal writing experts, Catharine Du Bois, will deliver a detailed presentation on effective legal writing. Topics covered will include large-scale organization, paragraph structure, and the editing process.

This training is for attorneys general and attorney general staff only. Recommended audience: attorneys who are not legal writing experts but want to improve their writing process and/or product. NOTE: This program is not recommended for participants who have previously attended a NAGTRI Legal Writing program with Professor Du Bois.
