This annual two-day seminar provides attendees with information and insights on effectively practicing in the United States Supreme Court. The training begins at the Court with an observation of oral arguments. Panels of experienced Supreme Court practitioners will address topics such as oral arguments, preparing petitions for writs of certiorari and oppositions, writing merits briefs, and the amicus brief process.
This training is a closed session for attorney general office staff only.
