Course Description

This course builds on foundational knowledge of the dark web, focusing on its structure, functionality, and the various networks that operate within it. Participants will explore the intricacies of accessing the dark web, including the use of Tor and I2P, and the investigative techniques employed by law enforcement to tackle cybercrime. The course will also address the legal implications of engaging with dark web content and the challenges faced by legal professionals in navigating this complex digital landscape. Through interactive discussions and case studies, attendees will gain practical insights into the collection and presentation of digital evidence in legal proceedings, enhancing their ability to effectively address cyber crime in their practice.
